What a Day it Has been, finishing the 21 km run at a time of 2 hrs 30 mins , mmmh seems
like slower than last year.Anyway enjoyed all aspects of the run from the wheather, the supporters, deep heat ( personnels)motivators as well as mi friends including dear Ru . But one thing's for sure I really do need to train more as mi leg cramped up really bad towards the end and i have to limp during last fe km.Haizh =+(
Nonetheless I would strive for better improvement and timing next year and perhaps 42km.
